Lubrication object - excellent mechanical equipment design and manufacture;

I. lubrication characteristics of equipment for making iron and steel

1. Lubrication of iron making and sintering equipment

Ironmaking and sintering equipment such as coking machine, coke pusher, limestone and ore sintering equipment, large blower, ore bucket traction wire rope and other top equipment, cupola, blast furnace, belt conveyor, etc., are mostly exposed to the atmosphere and dust, corrosive dust environment, easy to suffer from corrosion, abrasive wear and cavitation. The corresponding bearing, reducer, gear, worm gear, hydraulic system, wire rope should be lubricated.

Coking machinery because often exposed to the air filled with pulverized coal, so it must be sealed lubrication, such as furnace door switch and turn over the bottom car and water spray quench car hydraulic system, generally should use water-glycol and other flammable hydraulic fluid; Belt conveyor shaft with lithium or composite calcium grease lubrication.

The coke pusher works indirectly, and is an impact load, in the coal dust and high temperature environment, need to use heat resistance, water resistance good extreme pressure lithium grease or use anti-oxygen, anti-rust extreme pressure lubricating oil for cycle lubrication, hydraulic system also need to use flammable hydraulic fluid.

Gas purification and chemical by-product recovery part of the machinery, because of dust and corrosive smoke, such as gas exhaust machine used by the lubricant should be containing anti-oxygen anti-rust type turbine oil, and the application of a circulating lubrication system with a filter.

Limestone and ore sintering equipment, often working in dust and vibration and at high temperatures, requires the use of complex calcium-based, complex lithium-based, bentonite or complex aluminium-based grease.

Large blast furnace, ore bucket towing wire rope and other roof equipment can be generally used 0 or 1 extreme pressure lithium grease dry oil lubrication system, roof machinery can be used phosphate ester refractory liquid as the hydraulic medium. Molten iron great charter load, high temperature, with drop point is greater than 125 ℃ of extreme pressure lithium base grease lubrication.

Lubrication of steelmaking equipment

The operation of modern steelmaking furnace is controlled by computer with high degree of automation.

The hydraulic medium of continuous casting is usually water-glycol type or phosphate type.

3. Oil for metallurgical equipment

1) sintering equipment:

2) ironmaking equipment:

4) steel rolling equipment:

Thin oil system on rolling line: 460 industrial gear oil (medium and heavy load); Concentrated in dry oil lubrication system: no. 1 composite aluminum base grease; Main motor bearing lubricating system with thin oil: 32, 46 anti-wear hydraulic oil (oil film bearing oil); Open gear: semi-fluid lithium base grease.

Note: l-ckb, l-ckc or l-ckc, l-ckd (medium and heavy load) industrial closed type gear oil can be used for industrial gear oil.



Lubrication characteristics of rolling mill



(1) rolling mill: the main equipment includes rolling mill working stand, universal connecting shaft and its balancing device, gear stand, main coupling, reducer, motor coupling and motor, front and rear coiler, uncoiler, etc.

(2) the rolling mill of lubrication requirements: dry oil lubrication, such as the input of the furnace in hot strip rolling mill kun, pushing steel machine and discharging machine, kun, frame, rolling mill, mill work kun, kun road, mill screwdown, cardan shaft and support, head machine, looping, guide, cutting output kun, folding machine, coiling machine, washing machine, double spindle cutting machine, shearing machine, disc, such as broken edge machine, cut machine is used for oil lubrication; Thin oil cycle lubrication, such as baosteel 2030 five stand cold tandem mill as an example, strip cooling and lubrication of the emulsion system and feed system uncoiler, five machine, feed roller, rolling shear, guide roller, steering roller and coiler, gear oil, the oil film bearing system, etc.; High speed and high precision rolling mill bearing, oil mist lubrication and oil and gas lubrication.

(3) rolling mill process lubrication cooling medium: in the rolling process, in order to reduce the friction between rollers and rolling material, reduce rolling force and power consumption, make rolling material easy to extend, control the rolling temperature, improve the quality of rolling products, must be added between rollers and rolling material contact surface process lubrication cooling medium.

The basic requirements of rolling mill process lubrication cooling medium are: appropriate oil; Good cooling capacity; Good oxidation stability, rust resistance and physical and chemical index stability; Good filtering performance; Good washing and cleaning effect on rollers and surface of products; Good annealing property for cold rolled strip steel; Does not harm human health; Easy access to oil sources and low cost.

There are many kinds of lubricating and cooling media for rolling mill process. Here is a brief introduction as follows: rolling aluminum strip, aluminum foil, with additive kerosene as cooling lubrication medium.

Medium and small power gear reducer: LAN68, l-an100 full loss system oil or medium load industrial gear oil; Small rolling mill: l-an100, l-an150 full loss system oil or medium load industrial gear oil; Gear, worm gear and sprocket for high load and harsh conditions: medium and heavy load industrial gear oil; Rolling mill catch transmission gear and press down device, shears, pushing machine: rolling mill oil, medium and heavy load industrial gear oil; Oil film bearing: oil film bearing oil; Dry oil centralized lubrication system, rolling bearing: no. 1, no. 2 lithium base grease or compound lithium base grease; Heavy machinery, rolling mill: no.3, no.4, no.5 lithium base grease or compound lithium base grease; Dry oil centralized lubrication system, rolling roller road: calender grease (no. 1 for winter, no. 2 for summer) or extreme pressure lithium base grease, medium and heavy load industrial gear oil; Dry oil centralized lubrication system, gear box, coupling 1700 mill: compound calcium lead grease, medium and heavy load industrial gear oil.

3) introduction of common lubrication system of rolling mill

(1) thin oil and dry oil centralized lubrication system: due to the various rolling mill structure and lubrication requirements are very different, so in the rolling mill used different lubrication systems and methods. For example, some simple structure of sliding bearings, rolling bearings and other components can be used oil cup, oil ring and other monomer dispersion lubrication. For the complicated friction pairs, the concentrated lubricating system of thin oil or dry oil is used. From the perspective of driving mode, centralized lubrication system can be divided into manual, semi-automatic and automatic control system, from the perspective of pipeline layout can be divided into throttling type, single line type, double line type, multi-line type, progressive type and other types.

(2) rolling mill process lubrication system: according to the working condition and the medium used, the rolling mill process lubrication system pressure is usually about 0.4-1.8mpa, flow per minute can be up to several hundred to several thousand liters, medium filtration accuracy is less than 5 m. Commonly used nozzle and section cooling device to spray the medium to rollers and rolling material, the pressure, temperature and other strict requirements of the ejected medium. Therefore, the ejection medium, oil (medium) liquid temperature by pressure, temperature control valve control.

(3) rolling mill oil film bearing lubrication system: rolling mill oil film bearing lubrication system has dynamic pressure system, static pressure system and hybrid system. Dynamic pressure bearing liquid friction conditions in the rollers have a certain speed to form. When the rolling mill starts, stops or reverses, its speed change cannot guarantee the liquid friction condition, limited the use scope of the dynamic pressure bearing. The hydrostatic bearing makes the shaft journal float in the bearing by the static pressure. The formation of the high pressure oil film has nothing to do with the rotating speed. When starting, braking, reversing or even stationary, it can guarantee the liquid friction condition. Therefore, in the starting, braking, reversing, low - speed static pressure system for high - pressure oil. When the static pressure system is closed at high speed, the hybrid system with dynamic and static pressure supplied by the dynamic pressure system is more ideal.

(4) oil mist lubrication and oil and gas lubrication system of steel rolling machine: oil mist lubrication atomize the oil with compressed air as power, and feed into the lubrication parts through pipelines and condensing nozzles. Used for gear, worm gear, especially for large, high speed, heavy duty rolling bearing lubrication. It has high lubrication and cooling efficiency. And can save oil; Because the oil mist has a certain pressure (2-3 kpa) and can prevent impurities and water immersion friction pair, so that the life of the bearing increased by 40%.

The oil mist lubrication system includes water filter, solenoid valve, pressure regulating valve, oil mist generator, conveying pipeline, condensing nozzle, control instrument and so on. The oil mist generator is the core device.

Oil and gas lubrication is better than oil mist lubrication, it is by the compressed air flow along the pipeline to send oil to the lubrication point.

Oil and gas lubrication system composition, the key is oil and gas mixer and oil and gas distributor, domestic has some imported equipment to use oil and gas lubrication.

4) common lubricating device for rolling mill

Common lubricating devices for heavy machinery (including rolling mill and auxiliary mechanical equipment) include dry oil, thin oil and oil mist lubricating devices; Domestic lubricating machinery and equipment can be supplied in sets. The main lubricating device is introduced here. Its name and performance are as follows:

Standard thin oil lubricating device for heavy machinery (JB/ zq4586-86)

This standard is applicable to thin oil lubricating devices in the thin oil circulating lubricating system of metallurgy, heavy duty, mining and other mechanical equipment. The viscosity of working medium is N22 -- N460.

The nominal pressure of the thin oil lubricating device is 0.63mpa; The filtration accuracy and low viscosity are 0.08mm; The high viscosity is 0.12mm; Cooling water temperature is less than or equal to 30 ℃ industrial water; Cooling water pressure is less than 0.4mpa; Cooler when inlet temperature is 50 ℃, the lubricating oil temperature drop is greater than or equal to 8 ℃; The steam pressure is 0.2-0.4mpa.

The pressure range of the above main lubricating elements is 10MPa, 20MPa and 40MPa, among which 20MPa and 40MPa are products with imported technology and produced by taiyuan lubricating equipment factory and Shanghai lubricating equipment factory. 5) installation and maintenance of common lubrication equipment for rolling mill

(1) equipment installation: carefully review the layout drawings of lubricating devices, lubricating devices and mechanical equipment, review the foundation drawings, and confirm the connection and installation relationship is correct before installation. Inspect the device and components before installation; The product must be certified and the necessary equipment and components inspected and cleaned before pre-installation (for more complex systems). After pre-installation, clean the pipe; Check components and joints, if there is loss, damage, with qualified, clean parts supplement.

Cleaning method: defatting with carbon tetrachloride; Or skim with sodium hydroxide and rinse with warm water. With hydrochloric acid (mass fraction) of 10-15% methenamine 1% (mass fraction), 20-30 min dipping or wash, solution temperature of 40-50 ℃, and then clean with warm water. With the mass fraction of 1% ammonia solution, dipping and cleaned 10-15 min, solution temperature 30 to 40 ℃ after neutralization, steam or warm water to clean. Finally blow dry with clean dry air, coated with anti-rust oil, to be formally installed and used.

(2) equipment cleaning, pressure test, debugging: after the formal installation of equipment, it is better to clean the cycle again to ensure reliable.

The circulation time of dry oil and lean oil system is 8-12 hours, and the lean oil pressure is 5-3mpa. Cleanliness was ybj84.8g and H (similar to NAS11 and 12).

For the cleaned system, the rated pressure shall be maintained for 10-15min. Step up the pressure and observe the problem in time.

After the test, read the pressure relay, temperature regulation, liquid level regulation and host electrical interlock according to the design manual for setting, and then can be put into use.

(3) equipment maintenance: site users must make efforts to understand the equipment, devices, components drawings, instructions and other materials, from the technical grasp of the use, maintenance and repair of the relevant materials, in order to use maintenance and repair.

Common accidents and treatment in lean oil stations and dry oil stations:

A. Bearing heat of lubricating oil pump (slider pump) : the reason is that the bearing clearance is too small and the lubricating oil is insufficient. Check the clearance and re-grind it.

B. Oil station pressure increases abruptly: the pipe is blocked, check the pipe and remove the blockage.

C. Oil pump heating (slider pump) : if the pump clearance is improper, adjust the pump clearance; Oil viscosity is too high, select oil products reasonably; Improper pressure regulation, exceeding the actual demand for pressure, reasonable adjustment of various pressures in the system; The leakage of each connection of the oil pump causes the loss of volume and heating. Tighten each connection and check the seal to prevent leakage.

E. Reducer bearing heating in dry oil station: small rolling bearing clearance; The shaft sleeve is too tight, the worm gear contact is bad, adjusts the bearing clearance, repairs the shaft sleeve, grinds the worm gear.

F. Hydraulic directional valve (ring type) returns oil, and the pressure gauge does not operate: the oil path is blocked, disassemble the valve for cleaning and inspection, and make the oil path unblocked.

G. Pressure operated valve push rod operates when pressure is very low: check valve is abnormal, check spring and ball, and clean, repair or replace.

H. Pressure gauge of dry oil station cannot stand pressure: the safety valve is broken, the piston of the oil feeder is not well matched, the piston of the reversing valve is not well matched, the plunger clearance of the oil pump is too large, repair the safety valve, replace the bad oil feeder, and discharge the air in the pipe; Replace plunger and develop plunger clearance.

I. Oil leakage from connection and welding: the reason is that the flange face is uneven, there is no gasket at the connection, the pipe is short when connected, the welding joint and the sand hole, remove and repair the flange face, put the gasket bolt, put an extra gasket and lock, remove the pipe and weld again.



Fault analysis of oil mist lubrication system:

Oil mist pressure drop: the air supply pressure is too low, check the air source pressure, re-adjust the pressure reducing valve; Excessive water accumulation in the water separation filter, unblocked pipeline, water discharge, cleaning or replacing the air filter; Plug the oil mist generator, remove the valve body, clean and purge; Oil mist pipeline leakage, maintenance.

Oil mist pressure rise: air supply pressure is too high, adjust the air pressure reducing valve; The pipe has u-shaped bend, or the slope is too small, condensate oil blocks the pipe, eliminate u-shaped bend, increase the pipe slope or install the drain valve; If the pipe is not clean and the condensate nozzle is blocked, check and clean it.

Oil mist pressure is normal, but bad atomization, or blowing pure air, oil level does not fall: add the wrong lubricant, viscosity is too high, oil change; If the oil temperature is too low, check the temperature regulator and electric heater to make it work normally; Suction pipe filter blocked, cleaning or replacement; Spray nozzle plug, remove the nozzle, cleaning inspection; If the oil level is too low, supplement it to the normal oil level; Oil needle valve open too big, close small or close the oil needle valve completely; Air needle valve open too big, compressed air directly into the pipeline, adjust the air needle valve. Membrane bearings belong to a family of sliding bearings, under working conditions, in the state of full fluid lubrication.

Oil-film bearing is a bearing bearing oil film by using the dynamic pressure lubrication principle of fluid, that is, by the relative motion between the shaft and the bearing element, by virtue of the viscosity of lubricating oil and the fluid dynamic pressure action formed by the wedge clearance of oil in the bearing pair.

According to the design of Reynolds equation, the four elements of rolling pressure, rolling speed, bearing clearance and lubricating oil viscosity are matched to form an uninterrupted stable bearing oil film to realize liquid dynamic pressure lubrication, so as to meet the friction and lubrication of the rolling mill under different operating conditions. That is, in the start, stop, forward, reverse transformation in the semi-dry friction and side friction lubrication, in the impact load or a large amount of water mixed friction lubrication, in the normal operation and full load, continuous operation of liquid friction and lubrication.



Therefore, oil film bearing lubrication, often in the following three forms:

(1) when starting or stopping, although there is lubricating oil between the shaft and the bearing, since the motion speed is equal to or close to zero, the hydrodynamic pressure lubrication has not yet formed or gradually disappeared, the shaft and the bearing must be in direct contact, at this time in the state of boundary medium lubrication or even semi-dry friction.

(2) mixed lubrication may be produced during rolling mill operation due to vibration or excessive water intake or insufficient oil supply or oil quality problems.

(3) when the mill runs smoothly and normally, it is lubricated with fluid.

Therefore, the lubrication characteristics of oil film bearing are mixed lubrication in the above three conditions.

In order to meet the needs of high speed, heavy load, automation, large scale and high production of iron and steel enterprises, to solve the lubrication requirements of rolling mill oil film bearing and meet the increasingly demanding working conditions, the lubricating oil used in rolling mill oil film bearing -- oil film bearing oil came into being.

Iv. Performance requirements of oil film bearing oil

The lubrication characteristics of rolling mill oil film bearing determine that the oil film bearing oil must meet its performance requirements in order to ensure the normal operation and continuous production of the rolling mill. Therefore, the oil film bearing oil should be:

(1) excellent viscosity-temperature performance (high viscosity index), can achieve the normal lubrication of each lubrication part when the bearing temperature changes greatly.

(2) excellent anti-emulsification performance (i.e. water separation), which can quickly separate water from oil in long-term use.

(3) good anti-wear and extreme pressure performance. When a small amount of water is mixed into the oil during operation, the oil film can still be formed to maintain the heavy load and anti-wear performance.

(4) good anti-wear, anti-rust, anti-foam performance, prevent the lubrication system to produce corrosion, blocking oil, causing wear and insufficient oil supply.

(5) good oxidation stability, cleaning and filtering. Make the lubrication system smooth and ensure normal lubrication.

Lubrication management and application requirements of oil film bearing oil



(I) lubrication management of oil film bearing oil

The data show that more than half of the major causes of mechanical failure or early wear and tear are related to the management of lubrication technology. Good lubrication management, prevent bearing, gear and other friction moving parts abrasion or sintering, prevent and reduce wear, reduce friction resistance, prevent the occurrence of equipment accidents, improve equipment production efficiency; The main task of lubrication management is to save energy, improve energy efficiency and increase economic efficiency.

1. Lubrication management is a professional technical management. Full-time lubrication technical management personnel should be set up to formulate the lubrication management system and conduct the training of lubrication technical knowledge.

2. Under the premise of a reasonable tank capacity, keep a reasonable oil level in the tank, often add lubricating oil to the tank, so that the oil in the tank is always at a reasonable operating oil level, which is beneficial to oil degassing, precipitation machine, water separation and oil temperature reduction in the tank.

3. Timed and positioned extraction of oil samples in operation for testing and testing from smell, color, viscosity change, water content, water distribution performance, pollutant category and content, anti-foam performance, etc. When the water content of the oil entering the lubricating point exceeds 0.1%, the mechanical wear increases sharply. Lubrication above 0.5% will be dangerous. Make test record.

4. Analyze and compare each test record, predict and predict the bad lubrication state, and work out improvement or preventive measures. The system oil level, oil quality, oil temperature, oil pressure control alarm and interlock to be safe and reliable, to prevent the occurrence of lubrication accidents.

5. Prevent oil mixing and control oil pollution:

(1) there shall be strict management system for the purchase, storage, storage, delivery and waste oil treatment of oil products, which shall be carried out according to different varieties and brands, with obvious and easily distinguishable signs or signs indicating the name, brand name, date, etc. Mixing is strictly prohibited to prevent oil accidents caused by misuse.

(2) during storage, transportation and storage, the container shall be strictly kept clean and closed to prevent the invasion of dust, impurities and rain water. Store in a cool and ventilated storeroom with fire escape. When the temporary open storage, should make the bucket cover to maintain slightly tilting position, in case of rain invasion. Do not contact with metals such as copper and lead that promote oxidation.

(3) lubricating oil acceptance retest main items: viscosity, viscosity index, water content, anti-emulsification, extreme pressure. Cleanliness requirements of mechanical impurities in 0.01%, no traces of water and sediment, etc.

(4) the manhole cover plate on the top of the oil tank shall be tightly covered, and shall not be opened. The filter precision of the air filter is over 100 mesh. Check and clean it regularly. The filling oil to the oil tank shall be piped and equipped with filters of appropriate filtration accuracy. Oil tank should regularly clean up the settling sludge, do not allow to wipe the surface of oil tank with fiber fabric.

(5) when replacing the clogged filter element, the memory oil of the filter barrel should be drained to prevent the dirt from entering the downstream pipeline of the filter, causing serious and irreparable secondary pollution, otherwise it will directly endanger the normal lubrication at the lubrication point.

(6) change the oil according to the quality on time according to the changes in indexes such as chromaticity, viscosity, water content and pollution degree of the oil in use.

6. For units that use oil film bearing oil for the first time, in addition to thoroughly and thoroughly cleaning the original lubrication system and equipment, they should also do the following work:

(2) the oil department shall organize relevant technical personnel to analyze and discuss the technical data of oil products, so as to fully understand the performance of oil products and correct use methods.

(3) the mixing test of new oil and oil in use, the objective situation of compatibility or chemical reaction between the two, oil quality changes should be recorded, and the related physical and chemical performance data should be tested.

(ii) application requirements of oil film bearing oil in equipment:



1. Technical requirements for lubricating system devices:

The lubricating device must be able to fully control the oil quality, oil temperature, oil pressure and oil level of the oil supply, so as to reduce the intrusion of pollutants into the online lubricating oil. The device has the following technical requirements:

(1) two oil tank equipment, one for use and one for backup, regular switching, spare oil tank cleaning, oil temperature rise precipitation, net oil water.

(2) the oil tank volume shall be 35 ~ 40 times of the displacement per minute of the oil pump, or even larger. In the case of high oil level operation, ensure the oil in the tank for a long enough time to settle.

(3) degassing plate should be set in the oil return area to reduce the impact of oil flow; Magnetic gate device - adsorption of iron impurities in the oil return zone; Floating oil suction port - oil suction at an appropriate position below the liquid level; Automatic drainage device or flood alarm device - to separate the precipitation water out in time; Dynamic level control - alarm or interlock for sudden release of large amount of oil.

(4) high filtration accuracy of oil supply, generally requires the filtration accuracy of 10 ~ 20 m to ensure the cleanliness of oil products.

(5) oil temperature should be controlled between 40 + 2 ℃, to ensure that the drainage oil viscosity.

(6) the filter must exhaust the residual air in the filter cartridge before switching.

(7) the oil supply pressure should be kept constant, and the working pressure control device of the lubrication system should have high sensitivity and accuracy to avoid the pressure change and the working pressure drop, resulting in insufficient oil supply of the local lubrication system and the wear and sintering of the oil film bearing.

(8) the pressure tank in the lubrication system must operate normally, control the reasonable oil filling flow value and the liquid level in the tank, and partially buffer the pressure fluctuation of the system and the supply of emergency oil source.

(9) there should be a certain oil supply cycle time after the oil supply is started for the lubricating device, so that the temperature of the oil supply pipeline and the lubricating part of the equipment can reach or be close to the oil supply temperature, which is conducive to the formation of working oil film at each lubrication point. It also helps to exhaust the remaining gas in the oil supply pipeline.

(10) the heating and temperature lifting speed of the oil in the oil tank should not be too fast. At the same time, it is better to start the pump for oil circulation to prevent local oil overheating and deterioration. When heated precipitation water, oil heating temperature with no more than 65 ℃ advisable.

(11) it is better to start, stop, speed up and decelerate the mill for a long time to reduce the impact of mechanical vibration and influence the oil film strength.

2. Cleaning and application of lubricating device:

Lubrication device cleaning system is divided into new system and online use of the system in two cases, generally through the system pipeline, in a circular way for washing. For newly-built lubricating systems, the relevant technical regulations on hydraulic, pneumatic and lubricating systems shall be implemented in accordance with the standards of ministry of metallurgy ybj207-85 for construction and acceptance of metallurgical mechanical equipment installation engineering. The main points of circulatory flushing of the on-line system are summarized as follows:

(1) exhaust the original oil in the lubrication system and equipment.

(2) clean the oil tank and check the inner wall of the tank. The paint layer or anti-rust coating should be in good condition without returning rust and falling off, and there should be no visible pollutants.

(3) the circulating flushing loop should be separated from the lubrication point of the equipment and the flushing loop with no dead Angle section. The globe valve, throttle valve and pressure reducing valve in the loop are adjusted to the maximum opening.

(4) clean base oil with low viscosity, compatible with system medium. The flushing oil should be added into the oil tank through filtration, and the filtration accuracy should not be lower than that used in the system. Wash the oil temperature is not more than 60 ℃.

(5) the flushing oil should be in full contact with the inner wall of the flushing loop, and the flushing velocity should make the oil flow appear turbulent, and the method of vibration pipeline should be adopted in the flushing process to enhance the flushing effect.

(6) separate flushing oil samples between the outlet pipe of the filter and the end of the oil supply main pipe for inspection. 2-3 consecutive times to achieve the average cleanliness level requirements. Take oil samples in strict accordance with the prescribed procedures, sampling containers must be clean, so as to avoid oil sample distortion.

(7) after the system flushing is qualified, flush all the oil out and leave no residual liquid. In order to prevent the viscosity of the working oil from dropping, it is necessary to use the working oil for flushing and corresponding inspection to ensure the cleanliness of the operation of the lubrication system.

(8) after the working oil is filtered and added into the oil tank to the high oil level, control and adjust the oil temperature, oil pressure, oil level and oil quality of the system, check the control alarm and interlock of the lubrication system, and put it into operation according to the operating rules of the lubrication system.
