Selection method:

1. Fully consider the amount of grease used at each lubrication point, and calculate the total grease consumption of the system.
2. Determine the lubrication interval cycle time.
3. Determine the tube/pipe length and preset the tube/pipe diameter size.
4. Determine the viscosity or penetration of oil/grease.
5. Take full account of the local minimum temperature.
6. Taking the above factors into consideration, calculate the ∑P loss = P main pipe +P branch pipe +P distributor +P back pressure +P feed pressure
According to the calculation results, the suitable type of lubricating pump with oil pressure >=1.5~2 <span font-size:14px;background-color:#ffffff;"="" style="color: rgb(51, 51, 51);">∑P loss is selected.

Notes:
1,In the selection of the pumps and systems, the first need to consider the minimum temperature and viscosity of oil (or fat penetration) these two unchangeable factors, using the "comparative optimal design method" to determine the pumps, pipe diameter, accessories selection.
2, In the case of similar displacement, should try to choose high pressure type lubrication pump.
3. When the pressure loss difference is not big, choose the thin diameter pipe as far as possible to reduce the time of oil and grease in the pipeline.
4, In the lubrication pump pressure, flow rate or pipe diameter can not meet the temperature, viscosity (or needle penetration) requirements, it should be considered to reduce the size of the system, increase the lubrication pump (if conditions allow, can also consider the attached heating pipe to achieve this goal, the disadvantage is the large investment management costs).

Piping selection reference:
The system supervisor shall select the cold-drawn seamless steel pipe that meets the standards, and the system branch pipe shall select the drawn copper pipe (or polyester high-pressure grease pipe) that meets the standards. It is recommended to choose the high pressure rubber metal hose and pipe joint in line with the standard or the new type polyester high pressure tubing for the pipeline used for the movable lubrication point.
